Your first appointment is typically 60 minutes. This includes a full skin analysis using our diagnostic scanning technology, a detailed skin history discussion, and a personalised SDL Pathway recommendation. We never rush this appointment.

The SDL Pathway is our structured approach to skin correction and maintenance. Rather than booking standalone treatments, we map a clinical roadmap tailored to your skin's specific needs. Each Pathway includes defined treatment phases, progress check-ins, and a 70% minimum improvement guarantee.

You are welcome to visit any of our three locations. Your treatment records and Pathway plan are shared across all clinics, so your Skin Angel at any location will have full context before your appointment. We recommend choosing a location that is most convenient for ongoing visits.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment to another client. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. To reschedule, simply call your clinic or use the booking link in your confirmation email.

Yes. We offer Afterpay for eligible treatments, as well as flexible in-clinic payment plans for longer Pathway programs. Please speak with your Skin Angel or our reception team to discuss the options available to you.
